* Daily Rate: £90 - £115
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers to help students thrive academically and personally. Whether supporting children individually or in small groups, you’ll provide tailored assistance to ensure every child reaches their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting pupils with their learning both one-on-one and in small group settings
Helping the teacher deliver interactive and engaging lessons
Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning
Providing additional support for children with diverse learning needs
Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational role (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, proactive, and positive approach to working with young learners
* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
