Academics Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Tewkesbury. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students and teachers to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparation, providing support to students in their learning, and helping the teacher with classroom management.

* Full-Time (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) - Term Time Only
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging and dynamic lessons.
* Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), both individually and in small groups.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
