We have two fantastic opportunities available in Ware – one for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant and one for a skilled PMLD Teaching Assistant. Option 1: Experienced PMLD Teaching Assistant – Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly motivated PMLD Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in Ware. In this full-time, permanent role, you will support students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and help them achieve their full potential in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Weekly Rate: £460 - £500

Option 2: PMLD Teaching Assistant – Flexible, Part-Time/Supply

If you're looking for a flexible role to support students with various special educational needs (SEN), our Part-Time/Supply SEN Teaching Assistant role in Ware may be ideal for you. This position allows you to make a difference while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Contract Type: Part-Time/Supply

Day Rate: £90

Sector: Education and Training

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide academic and emotional support to students with SEN.
* Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
* Work with students in one-on-one or small group settings.
* Collaborate with SENCOs and specialists to implement learning plans.
* Help prepare materials and resources to enhance lessons.
* Support students during lessons, break times, and activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Passionate about supporting children with SEN.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to diverse student needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant experience or qualifications in supporting children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
