Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Greenwich, London
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £95 - £115 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, including those with SEN and additional learning needs
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Supporting children’s social and emotional development
* Encouraging engagement and participation in learning
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant with primary-aged children
* A passion for education and helping children succeed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different learning needs
* A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential
