We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant in Kingswood, South Gloucestershire to support children with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a welcoming and inclusive school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN
* Assist the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Encourage social development and positive behaviour
* Support students with communication and sensory needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN or education setting
* A patient, understanding, and caring nature
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE) is desirable but not essential
