Academics Ltd is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who wants to contribute to children’s education and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning experience for all students.
Key Details:
* Teaching Assistant

* £80-£95 per day
* Gloucester
* Full-Time (8:30 am – 3:30 pm)
* Term Time Only
* Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply)
Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
* Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.
* Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and organisation.
* Promote positive behaviour and support students with additional needs to help them succeed.
What Academics are Looking For:
* A passion for education and working with children.
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to learning.
* An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
