Pay: £83.33 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated EYFS SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a wonderful primary school in Redbridge. This school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students, and you will play a vital role in ensuring that children with SEN are supported to thrive both academically and personally.

As an EYFS SEN LSA, your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing tailored one-on-one and group support to children with Special Educational Needs
* Helping children engage with activities and the curriculum in an inclusive and supportive manner
* Assisting with behaviour management and supporting social and emotional development
* Working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure personalised learning plans are met
* Promoting an environment in which children with SEN feel confident and included
