A welcoming primary school in Cheltenham is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide essential support across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. This role is ideal for graduates looking to start a career in education while developing key skills in teaching and learning.

This position is perfect for a graduate with a 2:2 degree or higher. While experience working with children is beneficial, it is not essential. However, any experience supporting students with ASD, behavioural challenges, or learning difficulties would be an advantage.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students in core subjects such as Maths and English, as well as foundation subjects like PE and Music. You will also work closely with children with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they receive the tailored support they need to thrive.
