Do you want to act as a role model to students facing challenges in education?

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Student Behaviour Mentor in April 2025. We are a specialist education school located in Swindon, Wiltshire, supporting primary students aged 4 -11 years old. The Student Behaviour Mentor role focuses on building trust and rapport, developing independence and motivating students throughout their education.

* Supporting pupils facing behaviour management challenges
* Helping students to learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms
* Tracking progress and implementing education plans
* Practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation
* Motivate students to develop independence and engagement with learning material

Key qualities of a Student Behaviour Mentor are that you are sure of yourself, have an extroverted nature, value trust and relationships and have patience for those struggling!

Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level, is very beneficial. Relevant education or previous experience is welcomed.
