About the Role:
Position: Autism Support Assistant
Location: Kingswood, South Gloucestershire
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term-time only)
Salary: £450 - £500 per week
Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to a child with Autism, helping them achieve their EHCP targets
*
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
*
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
*
Collaborate with professionals such as speech therapists, educational psychologists, and occupational therapists
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with Autism is desirable
*
A patient, empathetic, and committed approach
*
A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
