Academics Ltd are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Support Assistant to join a well-established mainstream primary school located in the Forest of Dean. As a Student Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide vital support to students, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed academically and socially. Your role will contribute directly to the positive development of every child, fostering a safe and encouraging learning environment.

* Pay: £80-95 per day
* 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Full-time (Term-time only)
* Start Date- ASAP
* Clear DBS (Or willingness to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in providing tailored support to students with varying educational needs.
* Support classroom activities, ensuring all students are actively engaged.
* Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional and social development.
* Help create an inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
* Collaborate with teachers to monitor and track student progress.
* Provide general classroom assistance, ensuring students’ needs are met throughout the day.
