Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
* Leading small group interventions and covering classes when required.
* Creating a safe, inclusive environment where every pupil feels supported and encouraged.
* Working closely with teaching staff to adapt activities to meet individual learning needs.
* Playing an active role in the wider school community.
We’re Looking For:
* A qualified HLTA (or equivalent experience) with a passion for supporting learning.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
