Supporting Autism and Complex Learning Needs | £450–£500 per week | Immediate Start

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? A specialist school in Bradley Stoke is looking for a Special Needs Assistant to join their dedicated team and support students with Autism and complex learning disabilities.

This long-term Special Needs Assistant role offers the chance to work across KS1 to KS5, providing essential support to children aged 4–18. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field, or relevant SEN experience.

As a Special Needs Assistant, you will work closely with in-house therapists and psychologists, gaining valuable experience in a nurturing, specialist setting. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, observe professional interventions, and be part of a multidisciplinary team.
