Your role as a Learning Support Assistant - Kingswood
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students who need extra help in the classroom.
* Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Help students build confidence, motivation, and engagement with their education.
* Support students with special educational needs or those facing personal challenges.
Who we're looking for
* Passionate about education and helping young people succeed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Calm, patient, and able to support students in a positive and encouraging way.
* Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching) is beneficial but not essential.
* Experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable but not essential
