What We’re Looking For:

* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, especially for students with SEN, as an effective Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students with diverse needs, which is crucial for a successful LSA role.
* Flexibility and a proactive attitude to supporting a dynamic classroom, particularly within the SEN Resource Base, as part of the LSA team.

* Immediate start available
* Opportunities for further training and development, including SEN-focused professional development for LSAs.
* Possibility of future teacher training for exceptional Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
