About the Role:
As a Primary ECT, you will take on full class teaching responsibilities in a year group suited to your strengths and training, whether in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* Plan and deliver exciting and inclusive lessons that support pupil progress
* Participate in collaborative planning and year group support networks
* Establish a positive, engaging learning environment
* Be supported through a comprehensive induction tailored for Primary ECTs
