About the Primary TA Role:
As a Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
* Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Helping with classroom setup and administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
* Level 3 Teaching assistant
* A flexible, proactive, and patient approach.
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development.
* Live in Stoke-On-Trent of can easily commute
* SEN experience is a bonus, but not essential.
