The Role:

As an SEND Educator, you’ll deliver engaging, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), or SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties). Your role will include:

* Planning and delivering personalised teaching sessions.
* Supporting students’ academic and emotional development.
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
✔ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
✔ Experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH, or learning difficulties
✔ Strong safeguarding knowledge
✔ Enhanced DBS (registered with the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
✔ Right to work in the UK
