Academics Ltd. is proud to be working with a welcoming secondary school in Swindon, currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their Special Educational Needs (SEN) Unit.

Key Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant:

Work closely with class teachers to support lesson delivery in the SEN Unit
*

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to students
*

Help students overcome academic and personal challenges in and out of the classroom

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly and patiently
*

Empathy, resilience, and a genuine interest in supporting young people
*

A proactive and flexible approach to working with students with a range of needs
*

Previous experience in a school or care setting is desirable but not essential
