We’re looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the Scunthorpe area, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support some of the most vulnerable learners in education, helping them to re-engage and thrive.
🔹 The Role:

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
*
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
*
Working closely with teaching staff and external professionals
*
Helping to create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
🔹 We’re looking for people who:

Have experience working with children with behavioural or SEMH needs (in education, care, or similar settings)
*
Are calm, patient, and resilient
*
Are passionate about inclusion and student wellbeing
*
Can commit to consistent work in a PRU setting
