Salary: £35k to £40k (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

About the Role:
This is more than just a billing role – it's a stepping stone to leadership.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and developing a warm desk within the education sector (primary, secondary or SEND)
* Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals
* Delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
* Mentoring junior consultants and supporting their development
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the Ellesmere Port branch
