🔍 About the Role:

* You’ll work closely with our on-site Educational Psychologist, Behavioural Specialists, and SENCOs to:
* Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges
* Assist with behaviour management strategies and therapeutic interventions
* Observe, track, and evaluate pupil progress in line with psychological targets
* Contribute to pupil support plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Help create a safe, supportive and structured environment where every child can thrive

🎓 Ideal for Graduates Who:

* Hold a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
* Are curious about human behaviour and passionate about making a difference in young lives
* Are and Aspiring Assistant Psychologist.
* Have an interest in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Forensic Psychology, or SEN teaching
* Are patient, empathetic, and resilient, with excellent communication skills
* Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
