As a PPA Cover Teacher in Ewell, you'll step into diverse classrooms, deliver engaging lessons, and support pupils’ learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience, showcase your skills, and enjoy the rewards of flexible teaching.
🌈 Your Role Will Include:
Delivering pre-set lesson plans with creativity and confidence.
Providing high-quality PPA cover across different year groups.
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning atmosphere.
Building strong relationships with pupils and school teams.
Adapting teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Contributing to a supportive and safe learning environment.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Prior experience in primary education, particularly in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A flexible, proactive approach and a passion for teaching.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
