Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide emotional and mental health support for students as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant.

Work with students one-on-one or in small groups, assisting those facing emotional or mental health challenges as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant.

Help students develop strategies for managing their emotions, building resilience, and improving mental well-being.
*

Foster a safe and inclusive environment where students feel supported, valued, and understood with the help of a Mental Health Teaching Assistant.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain mental health concepts in a compassionate, accessible way as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant.

A flexible and proactive attitude in responding to students' mental health needs within a dynamic classroom setting.
