Key Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

Manage student behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment.
*
Act as a role model and build strong relationships with both students and staff.
*
Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
*
Quickly establish rapport with students to support learning and engagement.
*
Adapt to covering various subjects and year groups across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
Ideal Candidate for the Cover Supervisor Role:

Previous experience working with young people (preferred, but not essential).
*
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
*
