Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) – SEN School | East Grinstead

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join this schools warm and welcoming team at their small, friendly SEN school in East Grinstead.

Location: East Grinstead
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

About the Role for a SEN Teaching Assistant:

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with a specific student to provide tailored support that helps them thrive both academically and emotionally. You’ll also be part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration, creativity, and care.

Key Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
