Your Role as a Grade 3 Teaching Assistant in Chesterfield:
* Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Lead small group interventions
* Create an inclusive learning environment

* Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies
We’re Looking For:
* Cache or NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
* Experience in primary school settings
* Passion for supporting children’s progress
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Have or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate
