What You’ll Do as a Teaching Assistant
* Support teaching and learning across the primary age range.
* Work with small groups and offer 1-to-1 support to pupils.
* Assist pupils with SEND and those who display challenging behaviour.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for learning.
* Record observations and contribute to pupil progress tracking.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children in a school or similar setting.
* Knowledge of special educational needs and behaviour management strategies.
* A Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred – the higher the level, the better.
