Academics is currently recruiting for a dynamic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking mainstream secondary school in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver engaging science lessons and inspire students to explore the world around them.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and teach engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics across Key Stages
*
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
*
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance
*
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional support needs
*
Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and department
Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*
Experience teaching Science at secondary level
*
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education
*
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence preferred (school may not be easily accessible by public transport)
*
Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
