As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll step into classrooms across Radlett’s welcoming primary schools, working alongside dedicated teachers to support students’ learning and wellbeing. 📝 What You’ll Be Doing as a Supply Teaching Assistant
* Supporting teaching staff across various year groups and learning levels
* Assisting pupils, including those with additional or special needs
* Creating an encouraging and supportive space for all learners
* Helping manage classroom behaviour and maintaining school standards
* Adapting confidently to different schools and teaching styles
🙌 What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience a plus, but not essential)
* A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact
* Flexibility to work across primary, secondary, and SEN settings
* Great communication, initiative, and a team-first attitude
* A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
