We’re currently on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join the wonderful world of early years education.

If you love seeing a child’s eyes light up when they discover something new, and you’re ready to be a guiding hand in those all-important first steps in learning, this role is for you!

Your Role as an EYFS Teaching Assistant:

* Support children as they begin their journey with reading, writing, speaking, and social skills
* Be actively involved in imaginative play, creative activities, and interactive lessons
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners
* Celebrate those magical “Eureka!” moments that make early years education so rewarding
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to support every child’s development

Requirement

* Experience in an EYFS setting is essential
* A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable (but not required)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and key development milestones
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive, proactive approach
* A current DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
* Confidence to work across multiple school settings when needed
