* Provide Tailored Support: Assist students with SEN in class and during activities, offering both academic and emotional support.
* Create a Positive Learning Environment: Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials to suit individual needs.
* Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure that all students receive the support they need.
