Permanent Role | September 2025 Start | M1 Salary

A welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Grays is seeking to appoint a newly qualified Science Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent induction support and development opportunities.

About the School:

The Role:

* Deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Work closely with experienced staff and your ECT mentor to develop your teaching practice
* Assess and track student progress to inform planning and support
* Contribute to the wider school community and participate in enrichment activities
* Receive ongoing guidance and support as you complete your ECT years

* A trainee teacher who is completing their PGCE or School Direct programme this academic year
* Someone with strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Science education
