Teaching Assistant – Primary School

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school located in the Grangetown/Butetown area of Cardiff. This is a full-time position running until the end of the academic year in July 2025, with the possibility of extension in September for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials
*
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
* Provide support to the class on a general basis
Requirements:

Strong experience working in a Primary School setting is essential
*
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA certificate) are desirable but not essential
*
A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check - we can assist with this!
*
EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration - we can assist with this!
