Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher with QTS, looking to make a lasting impact on young lives?
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing special school in West Drayton, dedicated to supporting primary-aged children with a range of special educational needs.
The Role:
You will:
* Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with complex learning needs.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and families.
* Use a range of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and progress across the curriculum.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Proven experience working in an SEN or SEND setting, particularly with primary-aged pupils
* Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching methods and EHCP targets
* A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
