Science Teacher – Cirencester

Position: Science Teacher

Start Date: September 2025

About the Role:
As a Science Teacher on behalf of Academics, you will deliver engaging lessons in biology, chemistry, and physics, sparking curiosity and encouraging students to explore the world of science. You will play a key role in helping students develop their understanding of scientific concepts through practical activities and interactive learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality science lessons across biology, chemistry, and physics.
* Plan and prepare engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and engagement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve the science curriculum and enhance teaching practices.
* Participate in extracurricular activities, promoting the importance of science outside the classroom.

Essential Requirements:

* A degree in Science or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for teaching science and inspiring students to explore and understand the world around them.
* Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not essential.
