Your Mission:
As a SEND Educator, you’ll:
✨ Design creative, adaptive lessons.
✨ Offer compassionate, individualised support to children with diverse needs.
✨ Cultivate confidence, resilience, and academic achievement.
✨ Teach in 1:1 or small-group settings, tailoring approaches to each learner.
What You Bring:
✔ Recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) and 2+ years’ experience.
✔ Experience supporting SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD pupils.
✔ Safeguarding expertise and an Enhanced DBS (or readiness to apply).
✔ Two professional references and right to work in the UK.
