Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? We’re on the lookout for an empathetic and dedicated ASD Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist school in Reading.

About the Role:
You’ll work closely with pupils with ASD, providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to each child’s unique needs. From helping to develop communication skills to encouraging positive social interactions, your role will be varied, meaningful, and truly rewarding.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Supporting students with ASD in and out of the classroom
✨ Adapting learning materials and activities to suit individual needs
✨ Assisting with sensory regulation strategies and emotional wellbeing
✨ Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
