What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Working with pupils individually and in small groups to support their progress

Supporting behaviour management and helping create a positive learning space

Preparing classroom materials and helping with day-to-day learning activities
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
*
Has at least 3 months’ recent classroom experience as a teaching assistant in a UK school
*
Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute
*
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with pupils and staff
*
Is dependable and confident working across different year groups
*
Can easily commute to Kidderminster and is available full-time
