Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group behavioural support to students
* Work alongside teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour strategies
* Encourage and reinforce positive behaviour through consistent guidance
* Track student progress and adjust support as needed
* Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
