Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Kempston

Start Date: Immediate or Flexible

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term-Time Only

Salary: £85 – £95 per day

We are partnering with outstanding SEN schools in Kempston dedicated to providing tailored education and emotional support for children with a variety of additional needs—including Autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. These schools are now looking for experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their supportive teams.

Who We're Looking For:

* Prior experience supporting children or young people with SEN, either professionally or personally
* A proactive, empathetic, and positive approach to behaviour and communication
* A team player who can work collaboratively with teachers and fellow support staff
* A keen interest in a career education and training
* Ideally based in or near Kempston, with the ability to travel to local schools

Requirements:

* An enhanced DBS check (on the update service) or willingness to apply
* A Level 2 or higher Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification
* Right to work in the UK
