Are you an experienced KS1 teacher with year 2 experience?
A large 2 form primary school in North Leeds is currently recruiting for a year 2 teacher to join their team- the position will be commencing September 2025, and is likely to last for 2 terms with a possibility of a direct contract for the right candidate. Applications will be considered by motivated and enthusiastic ECT's as well as experienced teachers.CPD is provided throughout as the SLT in this school are very supportive.
The ideal Year 2 teacher will have the ability to make creative differentiated lessons engaging for all abilities; they will also have the following:
• Educated to degree level and QTS
• A high passion for teaching and working with children who have excellent expectations for attainment and behaviour
• Self-motivated and determined to do well
• Year 2 Sats experience
• Secure understanding of differentiation to challenge children of all abilities
