Your Role Will Involve:

Supporting children as a learning support assistant with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties

Working one-to-one and in small groups to encourage progress and engagement

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has at least 3 months of recent experience in an SEN or mainstream school as a learning support assistant
*
Is passionate about supporting children with additional needs
*
Is patient, adaptable, and able to build trust with pupils
*
Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
*
Can reliably travel to Erdington for school placements
