An Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Westminster is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support student learning while developing your own skills in a dynamic and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students in Key Stages 3 to 5 across a range of subjects.
* Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions to boost progress and confidence.
* Assist teachers with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource preparation.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.

About You:

* A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or higherin any subject.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with young people.
* A proactive and professional approach to supporting teaching and learning.
* Experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
