Primary SEN Teacher - Havant / Portsmouth - ASAP/September Start
Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Primary SEN Teacher / Year 6 Teacher with a passion for English to join a secondary special school in Havant / Portsmouth for boys aged 11 - 16 years. The school caters for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This is a full-time teaching position to start ASAP, full-time. This is a temp to perm contract so suitable for someone looking to secure a permanent position. You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The suitable Primary SEN Teacher would be primary trained with recent experience of teaching Year 6. You will ideally have a passion for English and enjoy delivering English Literacy. There is also the opportunity of leading the English Department. Having experience of working with pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs / challenging behaviour would be an advantage.
