Key Responsibilities: Head of Business Studies
* Lead and manage the Business Studies department effectively
* Deliver engaging Business lessons at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
* Monitor and improve student progress and attainment
* Support curriculum planning and departmental development
* Inspire students and staff through high expectations and consistent leadership
Person Specification: Head of Business Studies
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Business Studies
* A clear understanding of curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Leadership potential or prior experience as a subject leader or second in department
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A desire to contribute to whole-school improvement
