Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a variety of learning needs

Assist in the delivery of personalised education plan and differentiated learning strategies

Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated

Support pupils in developing their social and emotional skills
*
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
