We’re Looking For a Year 1 Teacher Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or equivalent
*
Has a solid understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics development
*
Can create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
*
Is confident in classroom management and responsive to varied learning needs
*
Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and patience to their teaching practice
*
Works effectively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents
*
Is committed to continuous professional development and inclusive teaching
