The Role:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our welcoming and high-performing team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs, ensuring all students make progress in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to SEN students

Work closely with the SENCO and wider support staff
*
Implement EHCPs and behaviour support plans
*
Track and report on student progress
*
Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ESSENTIAL
*
Proven experience teaching SEN pupils (SEMH, ASD, SLD, MLD or similar)
*
Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions and legislation
*
Excellent classroom management skills
*
A positive, proactive and resilient attitude
