Your Role:
As a SEND Specialist, you will:
🔹 Develop engaging, tailored lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
🔹 Provide nurturing, one-to-one or small-group support to foster growth.
🔹 Build self-esteem and resilience in students, helping them thrive academically and socially.
🔹 Adapt teaching strategies to create an accessible, inspiring classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with 2+ years of experience.
✅ Proven background in supporting SEND, SEMH, MLD, or SLD learners.
✅ Strong safeguarding knowledge and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
✅ Two professional references and eligibility to work in the UK.
